The Fund aims to provide investors with capital growth over the long term (7-10 years). At least 80% of the Fund will be invested in global (including emerging markets) equity securities of companies aligned with the transition to a more sustainable economy with a market capitalisation in excess of US$500 million. Such equity securities include shares, securities convertible into shares, and (up to 5%) warrants.
