Avation PLC is a commercial passenger aircraft leasing company that was incorporated in England and Wales in 2006 and whose shares are admitted to the standard segment of the UK listing authoritys official list and are traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE: AVAP).
Avation owns and manages a fleet of aircraft which it leases, through its subsidiaries, to airlines across the world. Our customers include Flybe, Virgin Australia, Thomas Cook, Condor, Air France, easyJet, Eva Air, Philippine Airlines, Air India, Vietjet Air, Fiji Airways and Mandarin Airlines. The companys fleet includes Airbus A320 family aircraft as well as Fokker 100s and ATR 72s.
Gemfields
Gemfields is a world leading supplier of responsibly sourced coloured gemstones, specialising in rubies from Mozambique and emeralds and amethysts from Zambia.
Gemfields outright ownership of the Fabergé brand enables it to optimise positioning, perception and consumer awareness of coloured gemstones, advancing the Groups mine and market vision. Gemfields has developed a proprietary grading system and a pioneering auction and trading platform to provide a consistent supply of quality coloured gemstones to the global downstream markets. This is a key component of the Companys business model which has played an important role in the appropriate distribution and associated resurgence of the global coloured gemstone sector.
Mirada
Mirada is a leading provider of products and services for Digital TV Operators and Broadcasters. Founded in 2000 and led by CEO José Luis Vázquez, the company prides itself on having spent almost 20 years as a pioneer in the Digital TV market. Miradas core focus is on the ever-growing demand for TV Everywhere for which it offers a complete suite of end-to-end modular products across multiple devices, all with innovative state-of-the-art UI designs.
Next 15
Next 15 is a communications business which employs over 1,350 people across 32 offices in 14 countries. The Group incorporates 17 subsidiary agencies, spanning digital content, marketing, PR, consumer, technology, marketing software, market research, public affairs and policy communications.
Of the Groups businesses, five are independent communications brands, with three specialising in the technology sector (Bite, Text 100 and The OutCast Agency), and two in the consumer space (Lexis and M Booth). The Group also owns three agencies with a focus on digital (Beyond, bDA and Connections Media), a B2B marketing agency (Twogether), a programmatic advertising technology business (Encore), a market research company (Morar), a digital content marketing agency (Story), a policy communications firm (Vrge), a creative agency (ODD London), a B2B technical marketing communications agency (Publitek) and an investor relations consultancy (The Blueshirt Group). Lastly the Group has established its first marketing software business in agent3. All brands operate as autonomous businesses, allowing the Group to service competing clients.
