- Diversified Energy Company directors snap up shares
- Lloyds CFO gets share award worth nearly £66,000

Several Diversified Energy Company (DEC) board members have recently bought shares in the US-based gas and oil production company.
Chair David Johnson snapped up 30,000 shares at an average price of 93.93p per ordinary share, for a total value of £28,179 increasing his shareholdings to 450,000 shares.
Non-executive director David Turner acquired 160,000 shares through the open market at an average price of 94.69p per ordinary share, a trade worth £151,504. Following this purchase Turner has 538,475 shares in the company.
Finally, vice chair Martin Thomas purchased 14,000 shares through the open market at an average price of 94.55p per ordinary shar. A purchase with a value of £13,237, Thomas now has 2,220,000 shares.
The purchases come after Diversified Energy upped its dividend by 6% to $0.17 per shares as 2022 revenue almost doubled to $1.92 billion from $1.01 billion. Free cash flow dipped from $228 million to $219 million year-on-year.
LLOYDS FINANCE CHIEF GETS £66,000 SHARE AWARD
William Chalmers, chief financial officer at Lloyds Banking Group (LLOY) has been awarded 136,951 shares (after the settlement of income tax and national contributions) through of the group’s fixed share award scheme.
The shares will be released over a three-year period, with one-third being released each year on 22 March.
The acquisition price was 48.09p per share making the total value £65,860. In February, the UK High Street bank delivered full year results ahead of analysts’ forecasts but the shares have recently been hit amid a crisis in the banking sector.
PREMIER MITON DIRECTOR GETS SHARE AWARD
Piers Harrison director at asset manager Premier Miton (PMI:AIM) has been awarded 150,000 shares in the form of a ‘nil cost’ contingent share award on 22 March, granted on 9 March 2020 by the Employee Benefit Trust.
Of those shares awarded, 75,151 shares were sold to satisfy the resultant income tax and national insurance liability and the balance of 74,849 shares will be transferred to Harrison in satisfaction of the award. The total price for these shares is £77,819.84.
