Supplementary prospectus dated 6 June 2025 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") supplementing the Base Prospectus dated 17 December 2024 (the "Base Prospectus") relating to the programme for the issue of CoinShares Physical Bitcoin Digital Securities and CoinShares Physical Staked Ethereum Digital Securities by CoinShares Digital Securities Limited.
