COMPLETION OF TRANSFER OF LISTING CATEGORY
Glanbia plc ("Glanbia" or the "Company"), the 'Better Nutrition company', announces today that at 08:00 BST the Company's listing category of ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange transferred from the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category to the Equity Shares (International Commercial Companies Secondary Listing) category. The Company's ordinary shares remain eligible for and continue to trade on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in the Equity Shares (International Commercial Companies Secondary Listing) category.
The Company's ordinary shares remain admitted to listing and trading on Euronext Dublin, where it maintains its primary listing.
Today's announcement follows the passing of the relevant resolution by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 30 April 2025.
