UK, Winchester - Arqiva Financing PLC (LON: 20CA) today announced the appointment of Patrick Tillieux as Chairman of the Board of Directors effective April 24, 2025, replacing Mike Darcey who stepped down from the Board last month.
Patrick is an experienced chairman with significant operational and transformational experience. He has 30 years of unique board and C-level executive experience in media, technology and telecoms. He also serves as a corporate advisor and operating partner to private equity firms. Patrick's highly successful professional track record make him an excellent candidate to chair Arqiva.
