The Circular contains a notice of a general meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting"), to be held in connection with the Proposed Investment. The General Meeting will be held electronically by audio webcast at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday 7 May 2025, or if later, immediately after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company which is being held at 10.30a.m. on the same day. Shareholders are reminded to review carefully the actions to be taken by them in connection with the General Meeting, which are detailed in the Circular. The procedures and timings for shareholders to vote on the resolution proposed at the General Meeting are set out in the notes to the notice of the General Meeting in the Circular.
