Aggregate information: Date of purchase 16 April 2025 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 394,324 Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 163.30p Highest price paid per share (GBp): 165.20p Volume weighted average price paid (GBp): 164.21p   The purchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury by the Company.   Following the purchase of these ordinary shares, the remaining ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each in issue will be 3,670,529,876, including 5,707,915 treasury shares. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 3,664,821,961.
