("Bushveld Minerals", "Bushveld" or the "Company")

Appointment of Liquidators and Resignation of Nominated Adviser

Further to the announcement of 11 April 2025, the Commercial Court of Guernsey has appointed Adrian Rabet and Clive Fortis of Begbies Traynor Group as joint liquidators of Bushveld.

Consequently, SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP has resigned as nominated adviser and broker to Bushveld with immediate effect. Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed within one month from the resignation of the current nominated adviser, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled. The Company currently has no intention of appointing a replacement nominated adviser.

The Ordinary Shares remain suspended from trading on AIM.

Notwithstanding the appointment of liquidators, the Company has been in negotiations with third parties regarding the potential sale of the Company's energy assets and those processes will now be led by the joint liquidators. However, there is no guarantee that such negotiations will successfully conclude.
