Strategic Partnership with JP Jenkins
London South East ("LSE.co.uk"), a leading UK investor platform providing live share prices and financial news to over a hundred thousand investors daily, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with JP Jenkins ("JPJ"), the private marketplace offering pension funds, institutions and high-net-worth individuals access to unlisted companies.
Through this partnership, LSE.co.uk will provide its users with comprehensive price, news and trade data from companies on the JP Jenkins venue, allowing investors to follow their performance just as they would with companies listed on other exchanges such as the London Stock Exchange, Euronext, and CBOE already available on the platform.
For JPJ, partnering with a well-known financial news and trusted data provider like LSE.co.uk will enhance its visibility and credibility with investors of all classes, helping attract more companies to its marketplace.
In addition, LSE.co.uk will offer companies on the JPJ venue access to advanced digital Investor Relations services via its sister company, focusIR - empowering them to better educate and engage with their shareholders and new investors to help support a fair valuation.
Both LSE.co.uk and JPJ envisage they will both benefit from the growth opportunities created by combining their resources and expertise through this partnership, with opportunities to develop innovative financial products and services that enhance value for both companies and investors across both platforms.
Phil Thomas, founder and CEO of London South East commented: "I'm excited to welcome JP Jenkins and their companies to our platform. Our users have been asking for this information, and we're pleased to be able to address their need."
Veronika Oswald, commercial Director at JP Jenkins, commented; "With more securities now trading outside traditional markets, it's become increasingly important to find better ways to share prices and key company updates with a broader audience. Our partnership with London South East is a big step forward-it enhances transparency for companies on our platform and helps attract a wider range of investors."
