Aggregate information: Date of purchase 14 April 2025 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 400,840 Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 155.30p Highest price paid per share (GBp): 158.00p Volume weighted average price paid (GBp): 157.60p   The purchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury by the Company.   Following the purchase of these ordinary shares, the remaining ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each in issue will be 3,670,529,876, including 5,013,591 treasury shares. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 3,665,516,285.
