Close of Offer to Further Applications
The Company announces that the Offer for Subscription for up to £40 million of B Ordinary Shares with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £20 million of B Ordinary Shares (the "Offer") will close at 9.00am on Tuesday 22 April 2025 which is the deadline for receipt of applications and cleared funds.
The final allotment of shares under the Offer will be held on Wednesday 23 April 2025.
