International plc (the "Broker"). Ordinary Shares Date of purchases: 11 April 2025 Number of ordinary shares purchased: 55,643,102 Highest price paid per share (pence): 67.4600 Lowest price paid per share (pence): 65.8400 Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence): 66.7895 Such purchases form part of the Company's existing share buyback programme and were effected pursuant to the instructions issued to the Broker by the Company on 20 February 2025, as announced on 21 February 2025. The Company intends to cancel these shares.
