Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that it received notice on 8 April 2025 that, Richard Staveley, PDMR of the Company, purchased 10,414 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of 238.36 pence per Ordinary Share, on 8 April 2025, Mrs Suzanne Staveley, his wife, also purchased 10,414 shares at the same price.
Following the purchases, Mr Staveley, together with his wife, is interested in 427,988 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 1.097% of RKW's issued share capital.
