Aggregate information: Date of purchase 08 April 2025 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 223,302 Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 143.00p Highest price paid per share (GBp): 146.00p Volume weighted average price paid (GBp): 145.14p   The purchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury by the Company.   Following the purchase of these ordinary shares, the remaining ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each in issue will be 3,670,529,876, including 3,702,212 treasury shares. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 3,666,827,664. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
