All shares were purchased from UBS as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.   Date of purchases: 08 April 2025   Total number of shares purchased: 150,000   Highest price paid per share (pence): £414.5000   Lowest price paid per share (pence): £399.3000   Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence): £407.0739   To date, Barratt Redrow has purchased 5,025,000 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation from UBS in accordance with the Programme. Following the above purchases and cancellation of the ordinary shares, the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,446,070,916 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
