VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 04 April 2025, it purchased 38,895 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 311.87 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in treasury. This represents approximately 1.20 per cent of the Company's shares repurchased since its last AGM.
In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased 285,104 Ordinary Shares.
Following the above purchase VNH has 23,505,035 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 235,104 which are held as Treasury Shares.
