Resignation of Director of the Board
The board of directors (the "Board") of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. CAI Qiang, John ("Mr. Cai") has submitted his resignation to the Board, resigning from his position as non-executive director and member of the Strategic and Investment Decision-Making & ESG Committee of the Board due to change of work arrangements. The resignation took effect on 6 April 2025.
Mr. CAI has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that there is no matter in respect of his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders and creditors of the Company.
