Eesti Energia Group Audited Results for the Full Year 2024

Compared to the unaudited report no material changes were made.
Profit allocation proposal
The retained earnings of the Eesti Energia Group as at 31 December 2024 were EUR 565,496,334.36 of which the profit for the year 2024 amounted to EUR 12,885,938.16. The Management Board proposes under section 332 of the Commercial Code of Estonia to allocate the retained earnings of the Eesti Energia Group as at 31 December 2024 as follows:
1. transfer the net profit for the 2024 financial year to retained earnings from previous periods;
2. to leave the retained profit of previous periods in the remaining part undistributed and not pay dividends to the shareholders.
