Notes due 2 April 2045 under the National Grid Electricity Distribution (East Midlands) plc, National Grid Electricity Distribution (South Wales) plc, National Grid Electricity Distribution (South West) plc and National Grid Electricity Distribution (West Midlands) plc £6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
