GlobalData announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at John Carpenter House, 7 Carmelite Street, London, EC4Y 0BS on Tuesday 29 April 2025 at 10.00 am.

Update on proposed move from AIM to the Main Market
On 6 February 2025, GlobalData announced its intention to apply for its ordinary shares to be admitted to listing on the Equity Shares (commercial companies) listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities (the "Main Market") of London Stock Exchange plc ("Admission").
The Company expects to publish a prospectus in connection with Admission in due course and subject to the necessary conditions and regulatory approvals being met, Admission is expected to occur during the second quarter of this year, but no earlier than the date of its 2025 Annual General Meeting (being at least 20 business days after the date of this announcement). In connection with Admission and pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company hereby gives notice of the intended cancellation of trading of its ordinary shares on the AIM Market of the LSE ("AIM").
Annual report for year ended 31 December 2024
GlobalData announces that the audited Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 is now available on the Company's website at www.globaldata.com. Copies of the Annual Report are also available for inspection at the Company's head office, located at John Carpenter House, John Carpenter Street, London, EC4Y 0AN.
