This is with reference to MOPNG Letter No. CA-31033/2/2021-PNG (39069) dated 28.03.2025 regarding nomination of the following persons as Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company for a period of one year w.e.f. 28.03.2025 or until further orders:

3. Smt. Kangabam Inaocha Devi
4. Shri Yajurvendra Anil Mahajan
