AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 October 2024 and notice convening the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") have been posted today to those shareholders who have elected to receive a paper copy and are available to download on the Company's website at www.afcenergy.com/investors/financial-reports.

 

The AGM will be held on Wednesday 23 April 2025 at 10.30am at the Napier Suite, Brooklands Hotel, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0SL.

 

The results of the AGM will be announced via the Regulatory News Service and made available on the Company's website at www.afcenergy.com.
