Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 25 March 2025, it purchased 319,328 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 37.54 pence per Ordinary Share.
All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under its share repurchase programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the Annual General Meeting on 6 March 2024 the Company has repurchased 12,668,430 Ordinary Shares.
Following the purchase, the Company has 133,210,374 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 19,463,975 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
