2024 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting
Bridgepoint announces that in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, the following documents have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism which can be accessed at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:
| • | annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024; |
| • | notice of 2025 annual general meeting; and |
| • | proxy form for the 2025 annual general meeting. |
The 2025 annual general meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, 15 May 2025 at Bridgepoint's offices at 5 Marble Arch, London, W1H 7EJ.
A copy of the 2024 annual report and accounts and notice of 2025 annual general meeting will shortly be available from www.bridgepointgroup.com.
In conformity with DTR 6.3.5R(1A), the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the 2024 annual report and accounts as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website as noted above.
