The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 ('2024 Annual Report') is available to view on the Company's website at https://www.jupiteram.com/global/en/corporate/investor-relations/results-and-reports.
The Company has also today posted to shareholders the Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), together with the 2024 Annual Report. The Notice of AGM is available to view on the Company's website at https://www.jupiteram.com/global/en/corporate/agm-information/.
The AGM is scheduled to be held at 11.00am on Thursday, 8 May 2025 at The Zig Zag Building, 70 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6SQ.
