Announcement of Interim Dividend
The Company announces that it is declaring an interim dividend of 1 pence per Ordinary Share in respect to the year ending 31 March 2025.
The dividend will be paid on 25 April 2025 to Shareholders on the register on 28 March 2025 and the shares will be quoted ex-dividend* on 27 March 2025.
Members of the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme ("DRIS") have until 11 April 2025 to change their election in respect to this dividend payment.
* Shares acquired on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend
