The 2024 Annual Report and Accounts and the 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting have been published on the Company's website at www.serco.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1 and DTR 6.3.5, copies of the unedited full text 2024 Annual Report and Accounts and the 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

A hard copy version of the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting has been sent to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.
