Publication of FY2024 Annual Report and Accounts
Further to the release of the Company's preliminary results announcement on 13 March 2025, the Company announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "2024 Annual Report").
In accordance with Listing Rules 6.4.1R and 6.4.3R and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule (DTR) 6.3.5R, the 2024 Annual Report has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for public inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The 2024 Annual Report can also be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at deliveroo.annualreport2024.com. A hard copy version will be dispatched to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications in due course.
The date for the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Notice of AGM will be published on the Company's website and distributed to shareholders in due course.
