The Directors of the Company wish to advise you that certain changes will be made by the index providers to the benchmark indices of the funds (detailed below) (the "Funds") and/or certain changes will be made to the names of the Funds, to align with new guidelines from the European Securities and Markets Authority ("ESMA") on the use of ESG or sustainability-related terms in fund names. It is expected that the changes to the Funds will take place in advance of the implementation deadline for the new ESMA guidelines, which is 21st May 2025. The proposed effective dates of the changes to the Funds are set out below (the "Proposed Effective Date").
