Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") or persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 5p ("Shares") involving one of its directors, Mathew Masters, and a person closely associated with Mr Masters.
On 12 March 2025, Mr Masters, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 516 Shares at a price of 3880p per Share and then immediately repurchased 512 Shares into his Individual Savings Account ("ISA") at a price of 3880p per Share.
On 12 March 2025, Clair Masters, as person closely associated with Mr Masters, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 516 Shares at a price of 3880p per Share and then immediately repurchased 512 Shares into her ISA at a price of 3880p per Share.
Mr Masters' total interests in Shares following the above transactions is as follows:
