Change of Accounting Reference Date
VINANZ (LSE: BTC) announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 31 August to 28 February with immediate effect. Accordingly, the Company's next audited financial statements will be prepared for the 18 month period ending 28 February 2025 and will be required to be published on or before 30 June 2025.
In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, the Company will publish unaudited interim accounts for the period ending 28 February 2025.
Thereafter, the Company will publish each year its unaudited interim results for the 6 months ending 31 August by 30 November, and its audited financial statements for the 12 months ending 28 February by 30 June in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Directors have implemented this change in order to facilitate the efficient preparation of the Company's accounts.
