ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND
27 February 2025
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust Plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the first interim dividend in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2025 of US$0.02 per ordinary share has been declared by the Board, payable on 21 March 2025 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 7 March 2025 (ex-dividend date is 6 March 2025).
Dividend consideration includes revenue per share for the period of calculation, prior to the impact of any non-cash deferred taxes. This dividend is the 24th dividend made since listing and demonstrates the Company's ongoing commitment to distributing value to shareholders in the form of cash.
