Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 24 January 2025 that Pierre-Ignace BERNARD, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, acquired a total of 84,500 ordinary shares of €0.25 each ("Shares") in the Company in three transactions. The first acquisition was for 25,500 Shares on 14 January 2025, the second was for 17,000 Shares on 20 January 2025 and the third was for 42,000 Shares on 23 January 2025.
