US$ 2 Million Credit Facility
Phoenix Digital Assets PLC (AQSE: PNIX) announces that it has entered into a credit facility agreement for an amount of up to US$2m with AMINA Bank AG, a FINMA regulated Swiss Bank ("Facility"). The minimum amount of each loan is US$ 100,000 ("Loan"). The Loan shall bear interest of SOFR plus 8.00% (eight percent) per annum and the Company intends to use its crypto assets as security for each Loan.
The Facility will be used to support the working capital requirements of the Company. The Company remains positive regarding the outlook for its crypto holdings and utilising this facility will allow the Company to meet its ongoing working capital obligations whilst retaining all of its crypto holdings.
