Board Change and Change of Adviser

GS Chain (LSE: GSC) today announces the resignation of Mr. Alan Austin as director of the Company with immediate effect to pursue other opportunities.

It further announces that Mr. Leon Filipovic has assumed the role of Executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.

Leon Filipovic, Executive Chairman of the Company, said "We thank Mr. Alan Austin for his effort during his time here. In the meantime, we continue to work hard on shareholders' behalf to select an attractive acquisition target and hope to update the market presently."

Appointment of Financial Adviser:

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has appointed Bowsprit Partners Limited as its sole financial adviser with immediate effect.

Bowsprit Partners Limited is a London-based advisory and fundraising boutique specialising in strategic and corporate finance advice to both public and private companies, with a strong focus on equity and debt capital markets transactions.
