Further to the announcement by the Company on 12 December 2024, the Company confirms that the listing of its Stock on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the admission to trading of the Company's Stock on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange were each cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 16 January 2025.
As announced on 12 December 2024, the Trustee under the Trust Deed and other Finance Documents was changed to GLAS Trustees Limited and the Registrar to GLAS Specialist Services Limited. Whilst the registrar role is transitioned, holders of Stock should ensure that both GLAS Specialist Services Limited and Link Group are contacted with respect to any transfers of stock using the below contact details.
