Zipa Precious Metals Public Limited Company (the Issuer) hereby gives notice to the Securityholders, pursuant to the Base Prospectus for the Issue of Gold Securities dated 8 March 2024 (the Prospectus), of the extension of the Swap Period by 60 days in accordance with Condition 6.6.4 in respect of Non-SMO Gold in connection with the Gold Securities listed below. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in this notice have the same meaning as given to them in the Prospectus.
