NOTICE OF DIRECTOR CHANGE - SKIPTON GROUP
Skipton Building Society today announces that, after four years of service, non-executive director Philip Moore has decided not to stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2025. He will continue as a non-executive director until that date.
Following a review of governance arrangements across the Skipton Group, Philip Moore will also be stepping down as a non-executive director of subsidiary Connells Limited and chair of the Board Audit and Risk Committee at the same time.
Gwyn Burr, Chair of Skipton Group, said: "I would like to thank Philip for his contributions to the Skipton and Connells boards and wish him our very best for the future."
