On 8 February 2025 the service contracts of the current non-executive directors of the board of directors of Majid Al Futtaim Holding LLC (the "Company") and its subsidiaries including Majid Al Futtaim Properties LLC shall expire.
Majid Al Futtaim Capital LLC's Annual General Assembly is scheduled for 6 February 2025, whereby the election of new directors of the Company will be on the agenda.
