Annual General Meeting
Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc (the "Company") announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today, 18 December 2024, all 14 resolutions were duly passed on a poll.
The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024, which has previously been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

Shareholders are entitled to one vote per share. Votes withheld are not a vote in law and are therefore not counted in the calculation of the percentages of the votes cast for and against a resolution. Where shareholders appointed the Chairman as their proxy with discretion as to voting, their votes were cast in favour of the resolutions and their shares have been included in the "votes for" column.
The total issued share capital consists of 85,316,586 ordinary shares of £0.01 each, which includes 2,956,869 ordinary shares held in treasury. Treasury shares do not carry voting rights, therefore the total number voting rights in the Company is 82,359,717.
In accordance with LR 9.6.2, a copy of the resolutions passed, other than resolutions concerning ordinary business, at today's AGM will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
