Appointment of Non-Executive Director
The Board of CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited is pleased to announce that Mr Andrew Dann has been appointed as a non-executive director and will be joining the Company's board with effect from 1 February 2025. Mr Dann will also be appointed as a member of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee, Management Engagement Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
This appointment follows a search and selection process managed by an external independent recruitment consultancy.
Mr Dann was a previous Chairman and Managing Partner at Ernst & Young Channel Islands and has over thirty years' experience with local and international financial services clients, including regulated funds, fiduciary services businesses, and investment management structures. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales since 1987, a Member of the Institute of Directors and a Member of the Association of Investment Companies Channel Islands Committee.
In accordance with paragraph 6.4.8 (1) to (6) of the UK Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed in relation to Mr Dann.
