Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 2 December 2024, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 119,357,912 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 119,357,912.
The above figure of 119,357,912 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
