BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")
other than financial results
This is to inform you that 252nd meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL to consider the matters other than Company's financial results will be held on Monday 02 December 2024 at 04:00 p.m. (Pakistan Standard Time). On the conclusion of the meeting, if there is any material information, it shall be disseminated accordingly.
The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 26 November 2024 to 02 December 2024 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of UBL in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
