Directorate Changes
The Board of ATG is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Miller as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from today, 21 November 2024. On appointment, Andrew will also be appointed to the Audit Committee, replacing Scott Forbes, and to the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
Andrew is currently CEO of Motability Operations Group plc and a Channel 4 Corporation non-executive director where he is also Audit Chair. Previously, Andrew served as non-executive director and Audit Committee Chair for the Automobile Association plc and Ocean Outdoor Media plc. He was both Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Guardian Media Group and Chief Financial Officer of online marketplace business Autotrader. His experience covers business strategy, executive and financial leadership.
Following the changes noted above, with effect from 21 November 2024, the composition of the following committees will be:

Commenting on the appointment, Scott Forbes, Chair, said: "We are delighted to welcome Andrew to the Board and I look forward to working with him. Andrew brings significant experience to the Board and its committees, particularly in light of his extensive experience of digital transformation."
This announcement is made pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.6R. No disclosures are necessary under UK Listing Rule 6.4.8R in relation to Andrew's appointment.
