PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

 

On 13 November 2024, Patria Private Equity Trust plc ("PPET") bought back 35,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 533.00 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

 

Following the transaction, PPET's issued ordinary share capital comprises:

 

·    152,286,166 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

·    1,460,128 Ordinary shares held in Treasury

·    153,746,294 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)

 

The total number of voting rights in PPET is 152,286,166.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in PPET, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
