The PRS REIT plc, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector, announces that it has appointed Singer Capital Markets Advisory LLP to act as financial adviser in connection with its Strategic Review and Formal Sale Process, announced on 23 October 2024.

The PRS REIT plc is a closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS") and to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth.
