AMENDMENT AND EXTENSION OF SENIOR LOAN FACILITIES

Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited ("Morrisons") announces that it is launching an amendment and extension of the Morrisons group's senior loan facilities with the aim of extending the maturity of both the Morrisons group's term loan facilities and its revolving credit facility.
