under the €50,000,000,000 Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments guaranteed by the Municipal Guarantee Board (the "Programme")

The final terms dated 7 October 2024 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue of the Notes under the Programme on 9 October 2024 will be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

A copy of the Final Terms will also be available for viewing at www.munifin.fi.

Application will be made for the Notes to be admitted to listing on the official list of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc, and to listing and admission to trading on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd with effect from on or about 9 October 2024.
