HANetf ICAV - Important Information - Delisting of HANetf ICAV Sub-Funds

Dear Shareholder,

We refer to you as the Shareholders in the funds (The "Sub-Funds") from which the following share classes are issued and listed:

HANetf Management Limited regularly review the stock exchanges where the share classes are listed on. Where there is insufficient demand, a decision to delist may be made to concentrate trading on the better utilised exchanges that might lead to an improvement in market quality. Following a review, HANetf Management Limited, believe that it is in the best interest of shareholders to delist the share class from the above exchanges.

Please note that the Sub-Funds and share classes will not be closing. The share classes will remain listed on at least one other European stock exchange. Details of the stock exchanges where listing will be maintained can be found in Appendix 1.

If you want to sell shares before the delisting date, you may do so on the exchanges where the shares are listed.

Following the respective delisting dates you can continue to hold shares in the fund but will no longer be able to sell those shares on the above exchanges.

You will be able to sell those shares on any of the remaining stock exchanges but there may be additional costs associated with using another stock exchange to do so. Please reach out to your broker or financial advisors on the options available to you and to obtain the necessary advice.
